Alpiniagifts.com are unable to cancel or make changes to orders with status “Processing” or “Delivered”. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order already placed, please send us an email and we will respond promptly.
Guarantee will not apply (FULL charges will be applied) if:
Given Insufficient or Wrong information e.g recipient telephone number, name or address etc by You
Recipient cannot be reached when delivering to places like Hospitals, Hotels, Arriving/Departing ships or plane etc.
Time of Delivery:
We offer same day delivery on many of our products. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received by 11:00 am Monday - Friday, before 08:00 am on Saturdays in the time zone, No same day deliver on Sunday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Orders requested to delivery on local holidays, will effect on next working day
In the event that the recipient is not available to accept the flower delivery, our local florist will take action based on their experience and the situation. They will do one of the following:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
1. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
2. Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
3. Leave the Gift Bouquet with a neighbour and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
Due to temporary availability issues, our florists may occasionally find it necessary to substitute the flowers or containers. Every effort will be made to preserve the style and colour scheme of the arrangement and substitutions will only be made with items of equal or higher value
We deliver on Monday through Saturday unless its a holiday; we will try our best to accommodate Sunday deliveries as well. In the event that our local florist is not able to make a Sunday delivery, your order will be delivered on the next business day.
Refund or Replacement:
Unable to locate the recipient's "correct" address.
The delivered flowers quality is poor. In this case flowers must be returned at your own cost to our stores.
The order has not been delivered due to our fault.
